Who We Are

NextGen Global Initiative (NeGI) is a youth-led nonprofit organization based in Kenya, committed to empowering young people, children, and marginalized groups across the country. Through mentorship, education, mental health support, gender empowerment, environmental conservation, and humanitarian outreach, we are building a generation that leads with integrity, compassion, and purpose. We serve underserved communities across Nairobi, Kiambu, Makueni, Turkana, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kakamega, and Mombasa—reaching children in informal settlements, teens in rural schools, and families facing extreme poverty and social exclusion.

Since our inception, NextGen Global Initiative (NeGI) has reached over 5,000 youth and children across Kenya through school mentorship clubs, leadership training, life skills development, and psychosocial support. We've partnered with schools, churches, and local communities to restore hope where it's needed most.

NextGen Global Initiative (NeGI) is making a powerful difference in some of Kenya’s most underserved communities—reaching lives in Nairobi, Kiambu, Makueni, Turkana, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kakamega, and Mombasa. Through our eight flagship programs, we’ve impacted thousands of children, youth, and families by addressing real, urgent issues: school dropout, drug abuse, mental health, gender-based violence, exclusion of persons with disabilities, and environmental degradation. We’ve helped children in slums and rural areas access education, nutrition, and protection. We’ve walked with teens through mentorship, life skills, and reproductive health training. We’ve supported orphans, built dignity for people with disabilities, and offered hope to drug-affected youth. In areas ravaged by drought and poverty, we’re restoring lives through food aid, tree planting, and water access initiatives.
